Tiltable Mould Painting

The tilting mold coating system is designed for use in large-scale foundries, requiring minimal labor. Sand molds are brought onto a driven belt system, and the coating unit tilts automatically to position the mold at the optimal angle for coating.

Both alcohol-based and water-based coatings can be applied. The coating unit operates automatically with a pneumatic pump and mixing system, and a mold detection system is included.

This system is essential for easy mold separation from the casting and achieving excellent casting surface quality. Standard mold sizes are available, while custom mold dimensions can also be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
