Carousel Molding Line
Carousel type loop lines are designed and manufactured by our company to enable faster mold production in foundries while reducing labor requirements.
The loop line consists of vibrating compression tables, roller transfer carts, bolsters, and roller tracks. The number of stations is determined according to the customer’s required capacity and mold dimensions.
Custom mold dimensions can also be designed and manufactured to meet specific customer needs, providing space-saving solutions. Standard mold sizes are available, while special sizes can be produced upon request
