Mold Painting Tank
The manual mold coating system is designed for smaller foundries, offering a cost-effective solution. It consists of a floor-mounted coating tank with an inclined interior for paint collection and a manual coating setup. Both alcohol-based and water-based paints can be used.
This system is essential for easy separation of the mold from the casting and achieving excellent casting surface quality. The mold is manually positioned onto the coating tank using a manipulator, and the coating process is performed manually.
