Continue Sand Mixer With Double Arm
Continuous resin-bonded sand is prepared using binders such as Alfaset, Furan, and Pepset. With the ATM-ODS Automatic Dosing System, the desired setting times can be adjusted according to the temperature of the sand and air. These continuous resin-bonded sand mixers are capable of producing ready-to-use sand for mold and core making at high speed.
The mixer blades, coated with tungsten carbide, are wear-resistant and ensure long service life. The mixer covers open sideways from the front, allowing easy access for blade cleaning. The arrangement of the mixer blades has been proven to achieve the lowest possible binder addition ratio, and the bolts connecting the blades to the main shaft can be easily removed for maintenance or replacement.
Twin-shaft mixers feature two shafts, with the first shaft equipped with a conveyor. Both shafts can be operated motorized or manually, and the mixer shaft can move up and down. Optional features such as remote control operation are also available.
