Tilting Rotary Furnaces
The burner system mounted on the hydraulically operated cover can be designed in accordance with different fuel and combustion systems such as a natural gas cold air burner, an oxy-fuel burner, or a fuel-oil system, depending on customer preferences.
Its advanced and user-friendly software ensures safe and practical operation. While all furnace functions can be controlled via the main control panel, the dedicated remote control allows desired functions to be easily executed during the process.
Load cells mounted under the furnace continuously measure the weight of the loaded material, enabling complete monitoring of process efficiency and accurate calculation of performance metrics.
