These furnaces can be produced as tilting or stationary models. Thanks to the wide front door, charging, slag removal, and cleaning operations can be carried out easily and quickly. In addition, they can be designed to operate in harmony with a magnetic stirring system that ensures circular movement of the molten metal, thereby increasing melting speed and efficiency. The optional automatic charging and slag removal car minimizes operational costs while maximizing ease of use and occupational safety. The functions and operating data of the furnace and all auxiliary equipment can be monitored and controlled through a single control panel.
