Homogenisation Furnaces
Our homogenization heating furnaces and cooling cabins operate with advanced automation software, allowing process data to be monitored and recorded in real time. This ensures complete control throughout the production process and enables retrospective performance analysis.
To achieve balanced and stable heat distribution, our homogenization stations are equipped with high-performance air circulation fans and superior insulation materials. This design provides an extremely precise homogenization process within the furnace, maintaining temperature variations within ±5 °C.
Any temperature deviations occurring during the homogenization cycle are instantly detected by the system software; the software calculates the deviation durations and automatically adjusts the process by extending or shortening the cycle. This ensures consistent product quality and high accuracy.
Transfer from the heating furnace to the cooling cabins is performed quickly and safely using specially designed billet loading carts. In the cooling cabins, cooling rates reach up to 380 °C/hour, enhancing process efficiency while preserving the desired metallurgical properties.
