Granule Casting Machines

Molten aluminum is transferred to the granule casting machine via a specially designed gating system. Using nozzles positioned on a rotating table, the aluminum is poured in a controlled manner and rapidly cooled by an air stream to form granules with diameters ranging from Ø 5 mm to Ø 10 mm. The solidified granules are then removed from the machine and collected using a blower system. This system provides high efficiency and continuous operation in the production of aluminum granules, which are used as deoxidants in steel production facilities. The fully automated control system ensures precise temperature and flow management, delivering consistent granule size and repeatable production quality.
