Semi-Automatic Saw Systems
Semi-automatic sawing systems are designed for the precise cutting of the leading and trailing ends of aluminum billets produced on the vertical casting line. The system, equipped with a single saw unit, includes a magazine-type billet loading table. Desired billet lengths can be easily set through the automatic control system. The system is supported by a fan and cyclone unit to remove chips generated during cutting, keeping the work area clean and improving efficiency. Thanks to the innovative cutting mechanism, both ends of the billet can be cut in a single position without the need to rotate the billet. Designed with operator safety and ease of use in mind, the system’s PLC-based control structure ensures stability and repeatable precision throughout the production process.
Full Automatic Saw Systems
Fully automatic sawing systems are developed for the high-precision cutting of the leading and trailing ends of aluminum billets produced on vertical casting lines. With a dual saw unit, both ends of the billet are cut simultaneously, reducing production time and increasing efficiency. The system is designed to accommodate simultaneous cutting of multiple billets. Post-cutting operations—including stacking billets for homogenization, charging them into heating furnaces, and discharging them from cooling cabins—are fully automated through a PLC-controlled software system. This configuration minimizes human intervention while maximizing cutting accuracy, repeatability, and production safety.
